Appointments

To ensure availability, please schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep a consultation appointment, please do us the courtesy of providing 24 hours notice. This will make it possible for us to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Fees

The $55 fee for Cosmetic consultations will be applied to your surgical fee, should you elect to proceed with surgery. To hold a surgical time, a $500 deposit is required, which is non-refundable if surgery is canceled within three weeks of the scheduled date.

Billing & Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Deductibles and Co-Payments are due at the time of visit. A surgical deposit fee is required when a surgical date is decided on. Full payment for surgical procedures is due prior to surgery.
