Dr. Jackson is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has practiced in Napa since 1994.  She completed her general and plastic surgery training at Stanford University Medical Center.  She also carried out multiple fellowships in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Canniesburn Hospital in the United Kingdom, at Showa University in Tokyo in Japan, and at the Second People’s Hospital in China.  After completing her training at Stanford University she completed a fellowship in microsurgical transplant surgery and went on to be an instructor at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, training residents from Stanford, the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco, and St. Francis Hospital in techniques and microvascular transplantation for three years prior to beginning her practice in the Napa Valley.  She completed her medical training at the Medical College of Ohio and also received a master’s degree from Baylor University in Texas.  Dr. Jackson is credentialed in all aspects of plastic surgery.  She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha, National Medical Honor Society for medical excellence and was inducted into that society during her years in medical school in Ohio.  Dr. Jackson is also a member of numerous volunteer organizations, including Interplast, Rotaplast, and Reconstructive Surgery Foundation.  She volunteers her time twice a year for organized missions to developing countries around the world.  She also visits Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia once a year where she has been involved in teaching plastic surgery and training residents in techniques of plastic surgery since 1995.
